Operating the robot
Using its integrated gyroscope, the robot vacuums the surface
around it, then moves along the walls until it detects another area
that needs cleaning.
Mapping Mode

Press the Mapping Mode button
on the robot or on the Remote
Control (Figure 1). The Mapping
Mode light is continuous green
and the "Mapping Mode" symbol
appears on the display screen
(Figure 2). Once this mode is
selected, the robot starts moving
forwards (Figure 3).
Using its integrated gyroscope, it scans its surroundings and starts
cleaning a specific area. Once it has cleaned the first area, it goes on
to the next one and so on. When the robot starts its route, it goes
to the the wall closest to it, which serves as a point of reference in
the room. It then starts its zigzag route and readjusts its movements
according to the obstacles it comes across. It intuitively detects the
remaining areas that need going over to ensure optimum cleaning.
