PHASE 2 : FIRST PREHEATING (HEATING 1)
When EV4 is closed, the preheating phase with the working of the heating element
(positioned around the chamber) starts.

The produced heat generates steam production inside the chamber, with conseguent
raise of the pressure, up to the value of + 0.3 bar.
