Reached the negative pressure of -0,86 bar, EV3 is going to close (off), the pump stops
and start the countdown of 15 min of real test duration.
This is composed by two phase of maintenance, each one have a precise target.
During maintenance phase 1, the premium condition for the test is the respecting of
formula: (P -P ) = 0.1(P ) -> in practice it mustn't be a loss of pressure higher than 10%
