Settings management
The following information will be displayed consecutively on line 4 each time button
High Pressure -0190: Threshold for the default high-pressure alarm in relative mbar. This threshold can be
changed (the hysteresis remains 20 mbar).
T.FLEXO03000: This is the FLEXO time in seconds [3000 (x100ms) = 5 minutes].
To change settings: press
during 5 seconds. Press
When you have entered the new setting, press

2.6. Automatic start

When set to automatic mode, the primary turbine begins operating when the pressure in the system reaches a
certain level. The primary turbine is started when the pressure level reaches the "Low pressure" threshold. The
primary turbine operation is forced during "FLEXO" time (5 minutes).
If the pressure level comes back to the "Low pressure" threshold, the primary turbine is switched on again for
"FLEXO" time (5 minutes).

2.7. Wall-mounted terminal unit

The wall-mounted terminal unit links hoses to a gas discharge system.
A spring-operated shutter will ensure the terminal unit remains sealed if the connector is removed from the
wall terminal unit.
Use preferably a terminal unit allowing the flow control.

CHOICE OF ROOM

The room chosen for the installation of the ANAESTIVAC unit must be in conformity with the requirements of
the NF EN ISO 7396-2 standard. The ANAESTIVAC unit should not be installed in the same room as the
compressors and the vacuum pumps.
The unit must be located in a clean, non-humid, non-saline, dustless and ventilated local whose the
temperature should be between +5C and +40C.
Forced ventilation controlled by a thermostat must be installed to ensure adequate room ventilation.
The following formula can be used to size the fan:
With:
X06 B2
-160
Q = Ventilation volume (m³/h)
-430
P = Vacuum pump energy consumption (kW)
3000
ΔT = Temperature difference between the local and outdoor
-340
1250 = Volumetric heat capacity Cp (J.m³.K
Example: Vacuum pump power 16.5 kW
ΔT eligible = 10°C
X06 B2
The air inlet area must be dimensioned such that the flow rate does not exceed 3 m/s.
-400
(Extreme tolerance of 5 m/s).
