- PHYSICAL ENDURANCE:
The aim of this test is to cover a distance of 4.8 km (3 ml) in the shortest time possible. Depending on the
time taken, a result will be shown based on the tables that can be found at the end of this manual.
Press Physical Test while on (Screen 19) and choose the third
option, Physical Endurance. (Screen 25) will now be displayed.
The weight and age values are the first things that were
entered when starting the machine, however, these data can be modified. Press the key that corresponds
to Male/Female, press the START key at the bottom of (Screen 25).
The test begins with a 3 minute warm-up at 4km/h, during which time the speed or the inclination cannot
be changed. Once the warm-up is completed, the program starts at an initial speed of 8km/h and an
incline of 0%.
It is possible to change the speed and incline during the exercise by using the corresponding keys.
It is also possible to combine the exercise with any multimedia functions available on the treadmill.
When the test finishes, either because you have reached the goal or because you
have pressed the STOP button, a 3 minute rest period begins during which the
speed is gradually reduced each minute, the exercise will be completed when this
rest period ends and (Screen 13) will display the result of the test based on the time
taken to cover the distance, as well as other exercise data.
- GERKIN PROTOCOL TEST:
This test is used to measure cardiovascular endurance by considering the maximum oxygen consumption
(VO2 max.), which represents the maximum volume of oxygen that a person can consume during
exercise.
Press Physical Test while on (Screen 19) and choose the
fourth option, Gerkin Protocol. (Screen 26) will now be
displayed.
An initial 3 minute warm-up is required to do this test, which
begins when the START button is pressed, at a speed of 4.8km/h (3 miles per hour) and an incline of 0%.
The test starts after the 3 minute warm-up and lasts for 20 minutes. During the test, the speed and incline
are automatically adjusted according to this table, it is not possible to change these parameters manually.

When the test finishes, either because you have reached the goal or because you
have pressed the STOP button, a 3 minute rest period begins during which the

3.- HEART RATE CONTROL (HRC).-
A telemetric heart rate sensor (optional) is required to use these programs.
