Screen 36 displays two graphs, the top one shows the speed based on the value
entered in the previous screen and the bottom graph shows the incline levels that
will occur during the exercise.
It is possible to change the level on this screen by using the LEVEL▼▲ keys
located at the bottom of the screen. By changing the level both graphs will change. It is not possible to
change speed or incline during the exercise.
After selecting the desired level, press the START key and the program will begin with a 3 minute warm-
up at 4km/h. The exercise will start after this warm-up period, adjusting the speed and incline level
accordingly.
CARDIO.-
This program consists of a training session for a time set by the user during which the speed and incline
are constantly adjusted automatically to achieve more effective workout focused on cardiovascular
improvement.
Press the Workout Menu key while on (Screen 19). All of the
available programs will be displayed. After selecting Cardio,
(Screen 32) will appear, where you have to select a time
between 20 and 99 minutes and a level between 1 and 20.
The weight and age values are the ones specified when the machine was started, however, these can be
modified.
After entering this information, press the START key at the bottom of the (Screen 32). The following
screen will appear:

6.- RECOVERY TEST.-
This test is used to measure the physical condition of the user according to recovery after the test, taking
into account the difference between pulse rate measurements at the end of the test and measurements
after one minute's rest. This test takes 5 minutes to complete.
Press the Recovery Test key while on (Screen 19) where you
have to select Male/Female and the speed at which the test
will be done, between 3.2km/h and 7.2km/h.
The weight and age values are the ones specified when the
machine was started, however, these can be modified.
ATTENTION: A telemetric heart rate sensor (optional) is required to use these programs. If no heart rate
signal is detected within one minute the following screens will appear:
