- HILL HEART RATE:
The aim of this program is to keep your heart rate at different percentages of maximum heart rate, based
on the user's age.
Press the HRC (Heart Rate Control) key while on (Screen 19)
and choose the first option, Hill Heart Rate. (Screen 27) will
appear, where it is necessary to specify exercise time and age.
The weight value is the one specified when the machine was
started, however, this can be modified.
After entering your age, the screen will display the maximum heart rate at which the percentages for the
exercise will be calculated. After entering these values, press the START key at the bottom of the screen.
The program begins with a 3 minute warm-up at 4km/h. The exercise session will begin after this warm-
up period at an initial speed of 8km/h and an incline of 0%. It is possible to change the speed and incline
during the exercise by using the corresponding keys.
During the exercise the target heart rate will be shown at all times on (Screen 28),
in order to achieve this value, the incline is adjusted every 10 seconds, increasing it
if you are below the target heart rate, or decreasing it should you be above it.
Once the target heart rate is reached, you must spend at least 1 minute on each
percentage before moving to the next one.
If no pulse rate signal is detected within 45 seconds of starting the exercise, the program will come to an
end.
With this program it is possible to combine the exercise with any multimedia functions available on the
treadmill.
When the exercise finishes, either because you have reached the goal or because
you have pressed the STOP button, a 3 minute rest period begins during which the
speed is gradually reduced each minute, the exercise will be completed when this
rest period ends and (Screen 13) will display a summary of the values obtained
during exercise.

Press the HRC (Heart Rate Control) key while on (Screen 19)
