See
Calibration procedure, page 25
Note: During calibration with standards, the relays assigned to the corresponding channel stay
deactivated. The 4-20 mA outputs (register) are in Hold (21 mA or last value).
*Channel 2 and 3 activated. This message appears when Individual Hold (sensors installed in
different places) is programmed.
The configuration of set Hold means relays deactivation of all channels during calibration with
standards of any of the sensors.
Readjustment of the measured value. For this purpose, previously the oxygen
concentration should have been measured using perfectly calibrated instrument.
The readjustment can be performed in any of the measuring units.
1. From the main menu select
2. Select the channel to calibrate and confirm.
3. Select
MANUAL CALIBRATION
Note: The calibration data introduction do not provoke any change in relays and 4-20 mA output.
The cleaning relay is deactivated during manual, indirect calibration.
4. Adjust the measured value using the keypad.
5. Press
to accept calibration.
OK
Performing of calibration reset and going back to the factory values.
1. From the main menu select
2. Select the channel and confirm.
3. Select
RESET CALIBRATION
Note: To measure is important any out calibration in air or manual calibration.
The concentration of the dissolved oxygen mg/L and the temperature appear on the
display.
Temperature readjustment, see detailed information on
DO measurement in % of saturation
It is necessary to select the corresponding units.
Always disconnect power to the instrument when making any electrical connections.
Relays: Limit the current up to 3A by using one fuse. Do not connect cables with voltage higher
than 24 V.
