Designated use
The CMMS−AS servo controller is a fully digital servo posi
tioning controller for controlling permanent−magnet excited
synchronous motors type EMMS−AS.
The master controller (PLC/IPC) is connected via one of the
following controller interfaces:
digital inputs/outputs
PROFIBUS−DP
CANopen
DeviceNet
Commissioning and parameterization are carried out:
with the FCT software package and the CMMS−AS
plugin via the RS232 interface.
