Operating Instructions
FUNCTION KEYS:
Start/stop: starting, pausing and stopping the belt.
: to adjust speed. Or set speed using the direct
speed keys (1-18km/h).
: to adjust inclination level. Or set inclination using
the direct incline keys (1-20)
Training Prog: selecting a program.
ON/OFF: activate or mute speakers.
ON/OFF: activate or deactivate cooling fan.
GENERAL OPERATION:
Please read carefully before using
SAFETY TIPS:
To start, turn on the power and attach the safety key to the
monitor. Note that the machine does not work and no data
will be displayed without the safety key attached. Please clip
the other end of the safety key to the user before exercising
to ensure the machine will stop in case the user accidentally
avoid further injury.
PROGRAM SELECTION:
set runs, 3 user programs and 2 HR training courses.
PULSE RATE:
For HR training the use of an optional Bluetooth HR Transmit-
ter is compulsory.

START-UP:
Turn on the main switch.
Position the safety key into the on position.
MANUAL MENU:
QUICKSTART MODE:
Matrix shows a 400 m running track.
Press STOP to pauze the exercise.
Press START to resume or STOP to stop the exercise.
COUNTDOWN MODE:
Press TRAINING PROG.
Press START to begin exercising.
The exercise will end once one of the set parameters is
reached.
PROGRAM MENU:
PRESET RUNS:
Select a Preset Run (Weight loss, Fat Burning, 5 Km, Fitness
or Hill climbing).

Press START to begin exercising.
PROGRAMMED RUNS:
Press TRAINING PROG to select P1 to P12.
Press START to begin exercising.
USER PROGRAM:
Press TRAINING PROG to select UP1 to UP3.
Press TRAINING PROG for 4 seconds.
Set SPEED/INCLINE for segment 1 using
SPEED/INCLINE
Repeat above 2 steps to program segments 2 - 20.
Press START to begin exercising.
