Introduction

This chapter provides basic information about the controls, features and
indications Ziptec.
1 - What is Ziptec?
The Ziptec automotive analyzer is an instrument portable and compact multimeter
and oscilloscope functions of a channel. Its format allows convenient and
ergonomic tests and measurements of electrical and electronic components of
the vehicle, even in hard to reach places.
2 - Feeding Ziptec
The Ziptec is powered by a 9V battery Lithium-ion battery. The new battery is not
fully charged. See the section "Maintenance" charging the battery.
During testing the Ziptec should not be connected to any external power source,
such as the vehicle battery or charger.
Never use the Ziptec for measurements in grid home.
