Press T13 button to start preheating the oven. The
temperature to which the oven is preheated is 20 ° C
higher than the set cooking temperature.
The oven will beep once it reaches the temperature.
Insert the food and close the door; the oven will
start the cooking cycle. Otherwise push T13 button.
If it is not necessary to preheat the oven, finished
entering the program, press twice T13 button.
In the case in which after entering the cooking
temperature the remaining parameters are set to
default, push directly T13 button; the oven will start
the cooking cycle.
STEAMING
Once turned on the oven by pressing button T1, D3
display shows the label "ON".
Select steam cooking mode by pressing the T3
button.
D3 display shows the label "STM"
Display D1 will alternately flash the LED L1 and L2.
Set the cooking chamber temperature pressing T6
button (default 100 ° C). The cooking temperature
may vary from 80 to 110 ° C.
To change the temperature, turn the "M" knob to
the desired temperature. To confirm the value press
the "M" knob.
Display D2 shows the label "t", confirm by pressing
"M".
By default, the cycle time is set to "infinity", turn the
knob "M" until the desired cooking time and press
"M" to confirm.
Display D2 shows the value 10 on the moisture
required for cooking. The value can not be changed.
D2 display shows the label "CLS" related to the drain
valve.
The setting parameters of the drain valve are three:
CLOSE (CLS)
OPEN (OPN)
PRE-OPENING (PRE)
The pre-opening of the drain valve allows to set how
long before the end of the cooking cycle the valve
will open.
Set the desired value by turning the knob "M" and
confirm.
The D3 display shows the label "H" concerning the
fan speed set by default on high. Turn "M" knob to
change the value from High to Low and confirm.

same as the set cooking temperature.

Display D1 will alternately flash the LED L1 and L2.
Set the cooking chamber temperature pressing T6
button (default 180 ° C). The cooking temperature
may vary from 50 to 280 ° C.
To change the temperature, turn the "M" knob to
the desired temperature. To confirm the value press
the "M" knob.
Display D2 shows the label "t", confirm by pressing
"M".
By default, the cycle time is set to "infinity", turn the
knob "M" until the desired cooking time and press
"M" to confirm.
Display D2 shows the value 5, concerning the
moisture required for cooking. Set the required
value by turning the "M" and confirm.
D2 display shows the label "CLS" related to the drain
valve.
