Preparation
Please note
Masses which fall down damage the deflection device of the toothed belt.
If the DGEA-... is mounted vertically:
S first push the cantilever arm into its lower end position.
S check wether shock absorber supports must be fitted before the DGEA-... is
fastened in the vertical position.
Treat the DGEA-... with care.
S
Otherwise the toothed belt will become
damaged.
This will cause modifications to the
technical specification values and reduce
the operating reliability of the DGEA-... .
For basic fastening:
Use sliding blocks in the profil grooves of
S
the drive head in accordance with chapter
"Accessories".
If the DGEA-... is tilted, these blocks will
slide into the groove.
Use centring sleeves in accordance with
S
the chapter "Accessories".
Check whether adapter plates from the
S
Festo multi-axis kit are required.
Check whether the movement play of tub-
S
ing and connector plugs is sufficient.
