After pre-adjustment of the motor:
10. Place the gear motor on the
motor flange (tightening
torque see Fig. 16).
11. Tighten the fastening screws.
The geometry of the DGEA-40-...
requires retaining clips under
the screw heads.
12. Tighten the fastening screws.
Before the system leaves the
factory, it must undergo a final
inspection to ensure that the
coupling is fitted correctly under the mounting holes (you can check this with
a torch).
13. Tighten the locking screw of the coupling through the mounting hole (tighten-
ing torque see Fig. 16).

14. Finally, press the plastic knobs supplied onto the auxiliary holes.
In this way, you can prevent the parts which move inside from becoming dirty.
Preventing masses from suddenly sliding down in the case of vertically-mounted
axes:
15. Check whether additional external safety measures are necessary (e.g. toothed
latches or moveable bolts).
