CAUTION!
Instrument can fall down or slip away. The operator
is responsible for a safe stand or a secure wall moun-
ting. (Screws are not included in the accessories).
2. Guide pump  into container and screw the barrel
screw connection  finger-tight and air-tight.
3. If necessary open the clamping lever  and adjust
the riser pipe. Then close the clamping lever and
lock the riser pipe in place. Screw discharge hose on
riser pipe.
4. Remove protective plugs  from IN-input and
OUT-output. (IN-input: Remove by hand strength;
OUT-output: Disconnect protective plug from quick
coupling. To do this, first pull the slidable ring on
the coupling and then disconnect the coupling.
Image disconnecting quick coupling see next page.))
5. Install supply hose of pressure regulating unit with
thread G 1/4" or suitable adapter . Tighten the
adapter  lightly with the key . (Adapters have a
sealing ring. Sealing tape isn´t neccasary.)
6. Turn the regulating tap  of the pressure regulating
unit on (turn to the right) until the manometer
indicates a pressure between 0,2 and 0,3 bar.
WARNING!
Possible sparking due to electrostatic discharge.
Danger of explosion if combustible liquids are used.
`
`
Before use, connect the plug of the earthing cable
pressure regulating unit  to the connection for
earthing cable
and ground the pressure regulating
11
unit. Ground pump and barrel with antistaic-set (see
accessories).
`
`
Wear the necessary protective clothing.
7. Plug connecting hose (end without connection for
quick coupling)
into OUT-output of pressure
12
regulating unit (right).
CAUTION!
Bursting of the hose due to abrasion or chemical
stress.
`
`
Before each use do visual control.
8. Connect connecting hose (end with connection for quick
coupling)
to the quick coupling pump

produce excess pressure.
3. Hold dicharge hose into filling container.
NOTE!
Liquid flows out when excess pressure is built up.
`
`
The production of the excess pressure depents on
the size of the barrel and its filling level and may
take a while.
`
`
To regulate the flow use regulating tap .
`
`
If the pressure is too high, the escape valve of the
pressure regulating unit opens automatically.
4. Open shut-off valve discharge hose
liquid.
5. After filling close shut-off valve discharge hose
Completing filling and dismounting
1. Close shut-off valve pump
2. Close shut-off valve pressure regulating unit
3. Disconnect connecting hose

coupling and then disconnect the coupling.

4. Turn shut-off valve pump
pressurised gas escape completely of the barrel.
After pressure reduction, raise the discharge hose
and allow the liquid to run back into the barrel.
WARNING!
The container is under pressure. Bodily injury due
to escaping liquid.
5. Screw off discharge hose and unscrew pump carefully
from the barrel.
6. Rinse the pump with a pH-neutral fluid. If necessary,
wipe the casing pressure regulating unit with a damp
cleaning cloth, don't use any sharp cleaners.
7. Connect protective plugs on IN-input and OUT-out-
put of the pressure regulating unit.
