Safety instructions before using
NOTE!
The instrument is suitable in the Zones 0, 1 and 2
and it can be used for flammable liquids of explo-
sion groups IIA and IIB (see annex).

Follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety
instructions of the medium you are filling and the
pressurised gas.

The instrument is suitable for indoor use
`
`
Damage to the respiratory tract and other organs
due to off-gassing media. Fill only in ventilated
rooms or under a suitable exhaust hood.

When working with explosive substances, follow the
technical rules for combustible liquids (in accordance
with TRBF – (German) Technical Rules on Combustible
Liquids) and wear appropriate protective equipment.
WARNING!
Possible sparking due to electrostatic discharge.
Danger of explosion if combustible liquids are used.

Connect the earthing terminal before use (see
scope of delivery and accessories (Antistatic set)).
`
`
Wear the necessary protective clothing.

The instrument must only be used within the
confines of applicable material resistance and for its
designated purpose. Any other type of use will affect
the warranty/guarantee.
NOTE!
Before using, the instrument has to be cleaned to
the extent of your (validated) cleaning process.

Measures of manual cleaning have to be carried
out in the cleaning/desinfection area and under
consideration of occupational health and safety.

Pay attention to the material resistance.

Do regularly visual controls of the adapters and
hoses for tightness and integrity.
Safety instructions during and after use

The instrument must stand on a solid conductive
surface or be hung on a suitable wall.
WARNING!
Danger due to unsuitable condition of the workplace.

Safe hanging/safe standing of the instrument.
`
`
Keep instrument away from aggressive environ-
mental conditions.

`
The instrument produces excess pressure. Bodily in-
jury due to escaping liquid. Close the shut-off valve
on the discharge tube before mounting. In some
types of containers loud noises can occur.

In the event of a leak compressed gas can escape
from all parts of the instrument (e.g. escape valve,
shut-off valves or when dismounting).
