BEFORE FIRST USE
Remove the appliance from the package. Do not leave the
packing (plastic bags, polystyrene etc.) within the reach of children
since they could be dangerous. Keep the package for appliance
storage. Wash the lid with trays in warm soapy water, rinse well
and wipe dry.
Wipe the base with wet soft cloth. Don't wash
the base! Don't immerse the base, power cord and plug in water!

ADJUSTMENT OF THE DRYING TRAYS
Depending on the amount of food you may arrange high position
for the drying trays - for big pieces / slices of food, or low posi-
tion - for thin slices of food. Please view below picture.

MAINTENANCE
ATTENTION! Before first use, clean the lid and drying trays,
according to "Cleaning" part, wipe dry and assemble the appli-
ance. Remember that hot air flow should freely circulate into appli-
ance, so do not overload the appliance, and don't make several
layers of food.
1. Place the base on a flat, smooth, heat-resistant surface where
it will not fall or be pulled by the plug.
2. Prepare food to be dehydrated. Lay food on the drying trays.
3. Place the drying trays with food onto the base.
4. Cover the drying trays with the lid.
5. Plug the applaince in. The applaince will beep one time,
the display will show "88:88" then die. Press on/off button.
6. Press temperature button. The display will show 70 C. You can
set temperature mode by pressing temperature button. For fast
setting press and hold temperature button. Each press adds 5
C - from 40 C to 70 C.
7. Press timer button, the display will show 12:00, the timer is
programmed up to 48 hours. You can press button to set time.
For fast setting press and hold timer button. Each pressing adds
1 hour.
Note: you may change time and temperature setting during dry-
ing process.
8. Press on/off button. The time countdown will start, the display
will show time left to the end of program.
9. When the drying time is over, the appliance will turn off auto-
matically making sound signal during several seconds, the display
will show the word "End". Unplug the applaince.
10. If you want to interrupt the process before the preset time is
over, press on/off button and the appliance will beep one time the
display will show "88:88", then die.
