3.5- Required Tractor

The choice of tractor must take into account the hydraulic system lifting capacity
and the power required by the machine. It is recommended to use a category
2 tractor, with power from 80 to 140 hp in the power take-off (540 or 1000
rpm depending on the machine version), double clutch with independent drive
(PTO and engine).
The correct ratio between tractor size and machine weight ensures safety
during braking and maneuvering. The load lifted must not exceed the maximum
authorized load indicated in the tractor manual used (see machine weight under
'Technical Characteristics').
The width of the tractor - it must be smaller than the width of the machine,
otherwise, the tractor wheels will pass over the crop lines (figures below).
The load capacity - with the machine coupled to the rear of the tractor,
the total weight, weight on shafts and/or the load capacity of the tractor tires
cannot be exceeded.
