6.12.4- Oil lubrication
Drum Gearboxes
ATTENTION!
Turn off the tractor and remove
the ignition key before starting
the following procedure.
To access the drums' gearboxes, it is necessary
to remove the covers (A), as described in item
6.12.
Recommended oil: 150/CLP.
Viscosity: ISO 150.
Specification: DIN 51517/3.
Oil capacity: 13.5 liters
Checking the oil level:
Wipe around the level plug on the gearbox.
Loosen the level plug and check that the oil
reaches the hole in the plug.
If it is necessary to top up the oil, remove the
breathe and add oil through the filler plug
until it leaks through the level plug hole.
Oil Change:
First exchange: after a week or 50 hours of
work, whichever comes first.
Other changes: every year or 500 hours of
work, whichever occurs first.
