OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTION
HRC (OPTIONAL)
1. Definition: HRC is a speed mode that can set your heart rate. You can also adjust the
speed automatically using the chest strap.
2. The HRC is composed of three groups. The speed limitation of HRC1, HRC2, HRC3 is 9
km / h, 11 km / h and 13 km / h.
3. HRC can define the range of methods, orders and parameters, when pressing the
program button to display the HRC, press "MODE" to confirm and go to the next setting
group. It can be started when you press the speed button to set the final parameters.
A: Age range: 15-80 years old, the initial parameter is 25 years old.
B: Heart rate target: (220-user age) * 0.6
C: Heart rate target correction range: 80-180
D: The initial parameter is 30 minutes. The interval is: 5-99 minutes.
4. SPEED CHANGE
A: Change of frequency, HRC checks the heart rate once every 30 seconds. B: When the
user's heart rate is below the target heart rate of 30 beats / min, the speed is increased by
2.0 km / h. C: When the user's heart rate is lower than the target heart rate of 6-29 beats
/ min, the speed is increased by 1.0 km / h. D: When the user's heart rate is higher than
the target heart rate of 30 beats / min, the speed is decreased by 2.0 km / h. E: When the
user's heart rate is higher than the target heart rate of 6-29 beats / min, the speed is
decreased by 1.0 km / h.
F: When the user's heart rate is higher than the target heart rate of 0-5 beats / min, the
speed does not change.
5. According to the following situation, the equipment will go to the lowest speed in 20
seconds and then stop after 15 seconds in the lowest speed and will emit an audible
alarm once per second.
A: It is not possible to check the heart rate at this minute.
B: The heart rate will decrease at the lowest speed. C: Heart rate is higher than (220-age
user).
6. It is not possible to continue reducing the speed after reaching the minimum speed.
For example, the lowest speed is 1.0 km / h, it will be 1.0 km / h when you decrease the
speed from 1.6 km / h to 1.0 km / h.
7.The inclination is not controlled by the heart rate, it can be adjusted manually.
8.The initial speed is 1.0km / h, it cannot be adjusted by the heart rate before the minute
you are running.
