3.2.5 Changing the IP address
By default, for an existing Wi-Fi or Ethernet network the EMS energy manager will obtain the IP
address dynamically (DHCP). To define a fixed IP address in the EMS energy manager, proceed
as follows:
1. Open the Internet browser and access the energy manager website.
2. Select Wi-Fi or Ethernet in the left panel according to the connection to be changed.
3. Select the Change option in the Primary field.
4. In the Select IP Mode field select the Fixed option.
5. Complete the data for the fixed IP address to be defined ( IP address , IP mask and IP
gateway ).
To obtain information about the default gateway, go to the network configuration
properties of a device that is on the same network or request it from the network
administrator.
6. Finally, click on Send .
A window will appear with the data of the new IP address setup.
3.2.6 Restoring the factory setup
If you need to restore the factory settings of the EMS energy manager, for FW version
AAX1005_P or newer, access to Wi-Fi net with SSID Ingeteam_xxMxxxxxxAxx_MMMM and then
enter on it's web page and fo to menu Device System, then press on RESTORE.
For FW version older than AAX1005_P, press and hold the external button installed in the unit
for 10 seconds (the confirmation LED stays on) until the LED flashes quicly.
3.2.7 Forced restart of the EMS energy manager
In the event that the EMS energy manager does not register on the Wi-Fi network, it will be
necessary to force a reboot to re-establish the connection.
for FW version AAX1005_P or newer, access to Wi-Fi net with SSID
Ingeteam_xxMxxxxxxAxx_MMMM and then enter on it's web page and fo to menu Device System,
then press on RESTORE.
For FW version older than AAX1005_P, take the following steps:
4. Press the external button three times with a minimum duration of 1 second.
5. The confirmation blue LED remains on with each press.
