Troubleshooting
Symptom
When the tool is
released no fasteners
are driven in (empty
shot)

Possible cause:
The pusher spring is
defective.
The magazine is
fouled.
The wrong fasteners
are loaded in the
magazine.
Insufficient operating
pressure.
The piston with the
driver does not return
to start position after
the driving process.
The release process
does not execute
completely.
The driver is bent
Fasteners jam.
Remedy
Notify customer service
(see page 61 ).
Clean the magazine.
Empty the magazine
(see page 36).
Only fill the magazine
with PREBENA fasteners
that are suitable for the
device
(see page 36).
Increase operating
pressure (see page 29,
only for
PKT-2-ES40-S,
PKT-2-ES40-SY,
PKT-2-CLIP45-SY and
