Adjusting the driving force
With the following device types you can also adjust the driving force
and thus the depth-of-drive by regulating the operating pressure via
the knurled screw of the driving force (se page 11):
PKT-2-ES40-S,
PKT-2-ES40-SY,
PKT-2-N65-S.
For type PKT-2-CLIP45-SY the driving force and thus the depth-of-
drive can only be adjusted by regulating operating pressure.
You can only adjust the driving force, if the compressed air
cartridge is disconnected.
Proceed as follows to adjust the driving force:
Disconnect the compressed air cartridge from the pneumatic tool.
The knurled screw engages in five steps; each step
represents a pressure adjustment of approximately 5 bar.
To reduce the driving force turn the knurled screw clockwise in
the "-" direction.
To increase the driving force turn the knurled screw counter-
clockwise in the "+" direction.
Re-attach the compressed air cartridge.
