Adjusting depth-of-drive
Use the adjustment wheel to set the depth-of-drive
For all types except PKT-2-CLIP45-SY and PKT-2-J50 SVN you can
set the depth-of-drive of the fasteners with the adjustment wheel of
the depth adjustment (see page 11).
To reduce the depth-of-drive turn the adjustment wheel counter-
clockwise.
To increase the depth-of-drive, turn the adjustment wheel
clockwise.
Press the nose of the tool against a trial piece of wood that has
the same characteristics as the wood that you want to process.
Check the setting with a single shot (see section "Driving the
fasteners" starting on page 32) on the trial piece of wood.
Repeat these steps until you have set the desired depth-of-drive.

Operating the pneumatic tool with defective or
bypassed safety device can cause severe
injuries.
Only use the pneumatic tool if the safety
device is functioning.
Only release the pneumatic tool when the
nose of the tool is firmly pressed against
the material.
