HEART RATE LIMIT
Before you begin any exercise program and to achieve
maximum health benefits from your workout, it is
important to know your:
• Maximum heart rate (MHR)
• Lower heart rate limit
• Upper heart rate limit
The unit is equipped with a training program to
determine your own MHR, from which the upper
and lower limits are set automatically throughout the
training process. Or, you can manually calculate and
set your own upper and lower limit using the following
