Irregular CPS operation is most likely not an indication of a fault but due to simple problems or distraction.
It is therefore advisable to consult the table below carefully as it summarises information which is useful for solving the
most common problems.
CAUTION: the table below often mentions the use of the maintenance BYPASS. It should be noted that before
re-establishing correct CPS operation, it is necessary to check that it is on and not in STAND-BY mode.
If in stand-by mode, switch on the CPS by accessing the "SYSTEM ON" menu and wait until the power-on
sequence has been completed before removing the maintenance BYPASS.
For further details read the sequence described in the BYPASS for maintenance (SWMB) paragraph very
carefully.
N.B. In order to understand the exact meaning of the codes used in the table, refer to the "ALARM CODES" paragraph.

Connect the mains to the terminals as shown in the
Installation paragraph
The CPS cannot operate without a neutral connection.
CAUTION: The absence of this connection may
damage the CPS and/or the load.
Connect the mains to the terminals as shown in the
Installation paragraph
Close the isolating switch
Check that electrical mains voltage is present. If
necessary, power the load from the battery.
Reset the protection device. Caution: check that no
overload or short circuit is present at the CPS output.
Connect the load to the terminals
Close the isolating switch
Perform the power-on sequence
It is necessary to change the mode. The STAND-BY
OFF (emergency power supply) mode, in fact, only
powers the load in the event of a blackout.
Activate the maintenance bypass (SWMB) and contact
the nearest assistance centre.
Reset the protection device.
CAUTION: Check that no overload or short circuit is
present at the CPS output.
Problem with the mains. Wait until the input mains
voltage returns within the tolerance range. The CPS will
automatically return to mains operation.
