POLARITY
It is advisable to replace the batteries in the battery rack
as they are no longer able to maintain their charge for a
sufficient period of autonomy.
Caution: The batteries must only be replaced by
qualified personnel.
Activate the maintenance bypass (SWMB) without
switching off the CPS; in this way, the fans cool the
heat sink more quickly. Remove the cause of the
overtemperature and wait until the heat sink
temperature decreases. Exclude the maintenance
bypass.
Activate the maintenance bypass (SWMB) without
switching off the CPS so that the fans cool the heat sink
more quickly by continuing to operate. Switch the CPS
off and back on again. Exclude the maintenance
bypass. If the problem persists, call the nearest
assistance centre.
Remove the cause of the overtemperature.
Open the battery rack switch/fuse and wait until the
battery charger heat sink temperature decreases.
Close the battery fuse holder. If the problem occurs
again,
contact
the
CAUTION: never open the SWBATT fuse holders
during battery operation.
Close Manual Bypass (SWMB) keeping closed INPUT
and OUTPUT switches.
Open input switch (SWIN and SWBYP) and wait until
CPS is completely turned OFF.
Turn ON SWIN and SWBYP again and verify display
regular operation. Exclude the maintenance bypass. If
the fault persists, contact the nearest technical support
centre.
Activate the maintenance bypass (SWMB). Open the
input isolating switch, wait for a few seconds and close
SWIN again.
Try to switch the CPS on again.
If the display does not come back on or the sequence
fails, contact the nearest assistance centre, leaving the
CPS in manual bypass mode.
Check the battery polarity. Contact the support centre if
the error persists.
