8. Loosen the front Allen screw (fig. 17, pos. 1) but do
not remove.
9. Remove the rear Allen screw (fig. 17, pos. 3).

10. Swivel out the test oil filter (see fig. 18).
11. Place a container (fig. 18, pos. 5) underneath the
test oil filter.
12. Remove the filter screw (fig. 18, pos. 1).

The test oil filter and the connected hose lines on
the filter cover are always filled with test oil.
13. Detach the test oil filter (fig. 18, pos. 4) from the
filter cover (fig. 18, pos. 2) by twisting it.
14. Drain the test oil in the test oil filter into the
container and allow to fully drip out.

15. Remove the filter element (fig. 18, pos. 3) from the
test oil filter and dispose of it.
16. Insert a new filter element in the test oil filter.

17. Replace the seal of the filter cover. Mind the
installation position.
18. Place the test oil filter on the filter cover and secure
with the filter screw (tightening torque = 15 Nm).
19. Swivel the test oil filter back in and secure with
Allen screws.
The test oil filter has been replaced.

1. Place a container under the fine filter.

2. Unscrew the filter housing (fig. 19, pos. 1) from the
filter cover (fig. 19, pos. 3).
3. Tip the test oil out of the filter housing into the
container (see fig. 19).
4. Unscrew the filter element (fig. 19, pos. 2) from the
filter cover, and dispose of it.
