3 Introduce hose assembly (6) from behind through the robot (5).
4 Insert pull-in tool (1) from the front through the iSTM (2) and the robot (5)
and screw it into the hose assembly connection (7) as far as it will go.
NOTE
• Only if the hose assembly connection has been correctly inserted can it
be fastened properly with the fastening screw.
5 Position the hose assembly connection (7) by means of the positioning pin
and the groove of the welding torch coupling (8).
6 Pull in the hose assembly connection (7) as far as it will go and secure it
with a fastening screw (10) max. tightening torque M= 7.5 Nm. Observe
the forced positioning.
7 Unscrew the pull-in tool (1).
8 Slide in corrugated hose on the hose assembly (6) as far as it will go.
9 Close cover (4) and tighten with lock ring (3).

10Fasten the hose assembly (2) with the connection provided for connection
to the machine to the wire feeder (1).
11 Fasten wire feeder (1) on wire feeder mount (3).
The position of the wire feed (1) results from the position of the robot
(maintenance position). Make sure that the hose assembly can still be moved
20 mm upwards and downwards after fastening the wire feeder.
