Cause
Ni-Cd battery is too weak
Ni-Cd battery is defective or flat
If the ACCULAN drill is used
infrequently and in addition the
applications are relatively brief, an
oxidation film may form on the
motor/battery connectors. This
oxidation film is an insulating layer
through which the low voltage may
not pass.
Gear or gear bearing defective
