Remove crossbar from vertical supports. Remove adapter blocks from crossbars.
•
Measure to the distances "A", "B", "C" from pencil marks made in step shown above.
•
Using a small hack saw, cut the under cover to (2)length "A", (2)length "B", and (1)length "C.
•
Install "C" length under cover, then (2) M8 T-Bolts, then "B" length under covers, then (4) M10 T-bolts (2) per side with the (2) Adapter
blocks, then "A" lengths under covers as shown below. TIP: Align under cover with marks made in step above.

Place crossbars onto Vertical Supports and center crossbar side-to-side.
•
Align the Adapters and M10 T-Bolts with the Vertical Supports Flanges.
•
IMPORTANT NOTE: Ensure crossbar is sitting flat on the Vertical Support Flanges.

Be sure to align the Adapter Blocks with the Vertical Supports Flanges.
•
Mark with pencil the crossbar location on each side of Vertical Support
Flange and Corner Brace foot for under cover installation.
•
IMPORTANT NOTE: It is important to step 7 that you ensure crossbar is
sitting flat on the Vertical Support Flanges. If the crossbar does not sit
flat, the carriage bolt might spin inside crossbar while tightening.
