SSEMBLY
Caution!
To prevent damage to the sealing and O-rings, grease
them prior to assembly with grease (Order No. 914392).
Be sure to assemble the parts in the sequence shown on
the spare parts drawing.
-
Install the O-ring <26> and the air distributor <27>.
-
To be able to push the pin into the bore on the pistol grip housing,
the radial auxiliary bore of the air distributor <27> must be aligned
with the centre of the switch-over groove.
-
Press the roller bearing <28> together with the rotor cover <29>
onto the rotor <33> using <D> (8. Assembly Instructions,
figs. 8 + 9). Then install it in the pistol grip housing.
-
Assemble reverse button <14> and suspension bail <15>.
-
Insert rotor cylinder <31> with shear keys <30> into pistol grip
housing.
-
Insert the blades <32> into the rotor grooves.
-
Insert ball bearing <35> and shim ring <36> (right position) with
circlip <37> into rotor cover <34> and mount all with sleeve <38>
into the pistol grip housing.
Caution!
When installing the screen <8>/<11>, be sure the circlip
<9>/<12> is lying flat on the screen.

Allowed only if filling with oil filling unit <A> can be
guaranteed. The pulse unit must have cooled down to
room temperature.
-
With quick-disconnect attachment first remove <102> - <97>.
Caution!
Be sure retaining rings are not extended excessively
-
Place the pulse unit with the motor seat slot into the fixture <C1>
and clamp it in a vice (8. Assembly Instructions, fig. 1).
To avoid endangering health or the environment, study
and comply with all Federal, State and Local Regulations.
Avoid direct skin contact when working with oil to prevent
skin irritations.
-
Remove the set bolt <63>/<91> and the ball <62>/<90>.
-
Loosen the bearing ring <61>/<89> with the device <C2>.
-
Remove the bearing ring above an oil pan and pull the hydraulic
rotor <54>/<85> from the housing.
Hydraulic roller is spring-loaded!
-
Clean all parts
Caution!
Always only use original spares from CLECO. Use of
foreign spares entitles the manufacturer of the tool to void
the warranty.

SSEMBLY OF THE
Caution!
To prevent damage to the sealing and O-rings, grease
them prior to assembly with grease (Order No. 914392).
-
Reassemble by reversing the disassemby process as shown
(7. Spare parts exploded view).
-
Push parts <46> - <41> (
the hydraulic cylinder <47>/<78> and secure them with the circlip
<40>/<71>
-
Assemble o-ring <59>/<87> on hydraulic rotor <54>/<85>.
-
Push fixture <E>
(8. Assembly instructions, fig. 2).
-
Insert compression springs and blades over the slots of fixture
<E> by pressing them down and turning the hydraulic rotor into the
hydraulic rotor slots (fig. 3).
-
Adjust control blade <53>/<84> (with long shaft end) towards bore
in fixture (fig. 4).
-
Assemble needle roller <48>/<79> into hydraulic cylinder <47>/
<78>.
-
Insert the preassembled parts by means of fixture <E> into
hydraulic cylinder <47>/<78> so that needle roll <48>/<79> and
bore met. Remove <E> (fig. 5).
-
Mount disc <58>/<86> and positon over needle roll <48>/<79>.
Caution!
The control slides at the outside diameter of the disk
points toward the slots in the rotor.
-
Put up bearing ring <61>/<89> with o-ring <60>/<88>.
-
Insert the pulse unit into device <C1>.
-
Tighten bearing ring by means of <C2> until the limit stop.
