- Remove the 2 dog point screws [7416] from pump side half
coupling.
- Remove the key [6742].
- Remove the 2 locking screws [7416] from the motor half coupling
and slide out the half coupling.
9.3.5.2 MOTOR ASSEMBLY TYPE EM ONLY :
- Remove the lantern fastening bots from the mating plate if
necessary and remove the lantern.
9.3.5.3 MOTOR ASSEMBLY TYPE TM AND TH :
DISMANTLING OF BEARING BRACKET TYPE TM :
- Remove fastening screws [6577B] from the bearing housing [3142].
- Slide out the bracket ass.+shaft from the column and put it down
onto the floor.
Danger from squeeze points. Depending on mating plate size it
may be necessary to use slings to lift the plate prior to
dismantling.
The last column can remain fastened to the mating plate if
necessary.

- Remove the shaft locking nut [7411] and the washer [7419].
- Remove the half coupling [7221] and remove the coupling key
[6742] using pincers if necessary.
- Remove upper lip seal [4300A] and spacer sleeve [2463].
- Push the lower lip seal [4300B] rearward.
- Remove screws [6570F] and slide out the lower cover [3262] onto
the shaft [2100].
- Slide out the bearing bracket housing [3142].
- Remove the screws [6577K] and slide away the upper bearing
cover [3261].
- Slide out the self-aligning roller bearing [3011A], then the spacer
sleeve [2461A], and the ball bearing [3011B].
