STRIDE
It is possible to make a longer or shorter stride according to the type of exercise the user
wants.
The long stride makes the user's movement greater, thus slowing down training.
The shorter stride makes the user's movement faster and shorter, leaving training in high
performance.

LOAD - VORTEX SYSTEM
The load of Cardio Hill and Power Hill comes from a
propeller that is inside the equipment. Unlike other
equipment, the user's stride directly impacts the
exercise. The longer the movement, the less load the
propeller will exert, and the shorter and faster the
movement, the greater the load.
