Hygiene is of priority when handling
breast milk and all parts that come into
contact with it. The pump should
therefore only be used in a clean
and sterile condition.
All accessories and parts, apart from the
pump unit 2, must be thoroughly cleaned in
water, sterilised and quickly dried immediately
after each use.
7.1 Cleaning
1. Clean all parts, except the pump unit 2, in a
sink or washbasin
available washing up liquid.
Only the NUK Breast Milk Container is suitable for
dishwashers,
but
please
discoloration of the material may occur in rare
cases.
2. Wipe the pump unit 2 with a damp cloth. This
cleaning is sufficient because the pump unit
does not come into immediate contact with
the milk.
1. Place the overflow protection 5 in the upper
opening of the suction cap 6 (fig.

The
overflow
protection must be inserted
so
that
the
connector
between the rubber ring and
the fastening is pointing to
the suction cap.
2. Press the lid 4 firmly onto
the overflow protection until it clicks into place
all the way round. It may require a little effort
at first to press the lid on completely (fig.
