identify and fix the fault in the electrical circuit. Select (R) to resume the treatment.
If the power is not turned off after a treatment, the device will begin to sound a
reminder beep after 20 minutes. The beep will continue every 30 seconds until
the power is turned off or the battery is drained.
Repair
There are no user serviceable parts inside the stimulator. If the unit appears to be
non-functional, contact your Authorized Empi Distributor, or contact Empi directly.

Maintenance
Under normal conditions, the stimulator does not require periodic maintenance or
calibration; however, all the information necessary for a qualified technician to perform
periodic safety checks is included in the Technical Information Section.
Changing the Battery
Change the battery when the

on the device.
Cleaning
Use a cloth moistened with soap and water to clean the exterior of the device and the
lead wires. Use of other cleaning solutions may damage these items. Never immerse
the device in liquids.
Storage
To store the stimulator for an extended period of time, i.e. 90 days or more, remove
the battery and store the stimulator in a cool, dry location.
Disposal
Contact your local distributor or Empi for information on disposal of the stimulator.
