IMPROPER AND FORBIDDEN USE

all improper uses concerning the Quasar optical welder are highlighted below so as to
underline the importance of what must and must not be done with the machine:
The welder must not be used to heat or weld materials that generate smoke (e.g. wax,
resin, plastic etc.)
The Quasar optical welder has been designed for use with properly protected hands
and the eye protection screen. Failure to protect hands and eyes could lead to burns
or eye lesions and consequently loss of sight etc.).
It is absolutely forbidden to use the Quasar optical welder to effect welds with your
hands unprotected, without the protective screen lowered, without using the special
surface working plate or to weld metals other than those used for dental technology
purposes.
Using the machine for any purpose other than that described in this Manual shall be
considered improper and thus forbidden.
Improper use renders the Warranty null and void and Zhermack shall not be liable for
any damages to objects, workers or third parties.
the main reasons for which the Warranty may be rendered null and void are given in section 2.2 and
in the "Warranty Certificate" enclosed with this Manual.
