Mounting and assembling the child seat
WARNING! comply with the safe-
ty warnings (see chap.1) to avoid inju-
ries or damage caused by incorrect
installation! Never use the child seat if
it is damaged!
DANGER! Never tamper with
the product! Repairs of all parts
important for the safety must be
carried out by specialized personnel
only.
IMPORTANT/NOTE: The numbers
in brackets refer to chap.3 "Product
overview".
IMPORTANT/NOTE: When fixing the
seat to the bicycle, take care not to
damage or trap any brake cables or
cables of the electric circuit of the
bicycle.

Insert support arm (4) into the holes
(20).
Figure 2:
Place the support arm (4) into one of
the three positions, usually the central
one, and then position the fixing plate
(11).

Insert the screw (13) and screw on the
handwheel (12), as illustrated, to fix
the plate in position.

Then screw on the safety self-locking
nut (14).
DANGER! Always screw on the
self-locking nut (14). This prevents
the star-shaped handwheel from uns-
crewing (12) and the child seat from
falling off the bike.

Check the diameter of the frame
and choose the most suitable plastic
adaptor (9).
The reference diameter is indicated on
each adaptor. Fix the fastener block
(7) and the fastener counter-block (6)
in place, placing the plastic adaptor
(9) and the soft plastic reducer (18) in
between them.
The plastic adaptor (9) has specific
grooves to hold the cable glands wel-
ded to the frame and the cables. Do
not tighten the fastener screws (8)
completely so you can adjust the ver-
tical position of the child seat; when
the height is right; tighten the screws
firmly in place.
ATTENTION! Do not tighten the
screws excessively as this could break
the fastening block.
