Connect the 24VDC Power Supply
The vision controller is shipped with a 24VDC power connector.
Note:
A DIN rail-mountable power supply accessory is available. Please
l
contact your Cognex sales representative for more information.
If using a power supply with a ground terminal, the terminal must be
l
connected to earth ground. If using a DIN rail-mounted power supply,
the power supply must be mounted to an earth-grounded DIN rail.
Wire and connections must be in accordance with these instructions,
the National Electrical Code and applicable national and local wiring
standards and rules.
1. Verify that the 24VDC power supply being used is unplugged and not
receiving power.
2. Use a screwdriver to loosen the wire retention screws on the 24VDC power
connector.
