15.3.1 Selection of the saw blade
Apart from the material of the workpiece, the saw blade teeth play the most important role in
achieving precise cuts. The number of teeth, as well as their shape, arrangement and position
are associated with a specific function. To enhance the cutting quality, make sure that at least
2-3 teeth cut through the workpiece at the same time:
adequate saw blade
Only work with well-sharpened saw blades.
Use the push stick at the end of cutting when the distance between the saw blade and
the ruler is less than 120 mm.
Überzeugen Sie sich, dass die Maschine ohne Vibrationen arbeitet.
Cracked and deformed saw blades cannot be repaired. They must be sorted out imme-
diately as scrap and replaced by proper ones.

Fix the star screw (1).
Do not tighten star screw (2) completely. It
must be possible to move the rip fence sup-

The fine adjustment of the rip fence is
achieved with screw (3).
The sliding table is secured laterally with a snap
fastener against accidental movement. To acti-
vate the blocking, pull the knob out of the fixa-
tion and turn it for 90°.
Fix the holder with wing screw (1).
With screw (2) the distance to the saw blade
can be adjusted.
