• Connect the cables coming from
the engine to the cables coming
out from the Malossi power box by
means of the special connectors
(Fig. 1)� The cables from Malossi
electronic coil should be
connected carefully following
the colours of the original cables
(Fig. 1)�
• The connectors on Malossi
electronic coil allow you to
connect your new power box
without cutting any cable,
maintaining the possibility to re-fit
the original power box any time�

TC UNIT K15 + MAGNET /
R.P.M. CONTROL
• Remove the original electronic
coil having care not to damage
the original connectors when
you split it out; then, clean them
carefully� Unscrew the spark plug
cable from the original electronic
coil and screw it again into your
new Malossi H�T� (High Tension)
magnet; sure to screw it to
the end�
• Fix the H�T� magnet to the original
bearing of the electronic coil with
the original screws�
• Fix the Malossi electronic coil�
• Perform the electrical wiring
by connecting the wires like
the original�
• The black cable, which comes
out from Malossi electronic coil
K15, must be mass connected by
means of the eyelet, and placed
under the magnet H�T� fixing
screw� The orange cable must be
connected to the plug placed on
the magnet H�T�

kit connect the three red, white
and green coloured terminals to
the respective original coloured
terminals on the cable coming out
of the motor chain guard behind the
ignition flywheel

ATTENTION
The connecters need to be
completely isolated to avoid any
short circuits�
