TC UNIT R.P.M. CONTROL
• Remove the cover that houses the
T�C� UNIT, which is located near
the cylinder head of the engine�
• Remove the original engine
control unit, taking care not to
damage the original connectors
when unplugging, then carefully
clean them�
• Unscrew the spark plug wire
(view 1, Fig. 6) from the original
coil and screw it again to the new
Malossi H�T� coil, be sure to screw
it completely�
• Mount the Malossi H�T� coil
(view 2, Fig. 7)
to the original coil
support, with the screw supplied
in the kit, and insert the spacer
included in the kit�
• Mount the Malossi T�C� UNIT by
securing it to the original support
(view 3, Fig. 7)�
Make the following
electrical connections:
• The black wire coming from the
Malossi T�C� UNIT and the other
wire included in the kit must be
grounded by means of an eyelet,
and placed under the Malossi
(view 4, Fig. 7)
H�T� coil
screw; then connect the black
wire to the plug of the Malossi H�T�
coil (view 5, Fig.
• The brown/orange wire which
comes out from Malossi T�C:
UNIT must be connected to the
plug on the Malossi H�T� coil

• Connect the black connector

the Malossi T�C� UNIT to the
original connector;
• Connect the other wire with the
electrical tap connector to the red
wire of the original relay

NB: manufacturers modify frequently
the vehicles: we ask you kindly to
verify the right application of the T�C�
UNIT before proceeding to assembly�
ATTENTION
After fitting the Malossi T�C�
UNIT no original cables must
be disconnected�
