SPECIAL INTRODUCTION
For Quick breads
Quick breads are made with baking powder and baking soda, activated by moisture and heat. To
get a perfect result, it is suggested to place all liquids in the bottom of the bread pan, while dry
ingredients on top. During the step of mixing, dry ingredients may collect in the corners of the pan:
in this case it may be necessary to help the machine to thoroughly mix the ingredients to avoid
lumps of flour. Mix by using a rubber spatula to avoid damaging the pan.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Unplug the appliance and let it cool down completely before cleaning.
1. Bread pan: rub inside and outside with a damp cloth. Do not use any sharp or abrasive che-
mical detergents to prevent the non-stick coating from scratching. Thoroughly dry the pan before
reassembling.
2. Kneading blade: if the bar is difficult to remove from the pin, fill the container with hot water and
let soak for about 30 minutes. The kneader can then be easily removed for cleaning. Also wipe the
blade carefully with a cotton damp cloth.
3. Lid and window: clean the lid inside and outside with a slightly damp cloth.
4. Housing: gently wipe the outer surface of housing with a wet cloth. Do not use any abrasive
cleaner as this would degrade the high polish of the surface. Never immerse the housing into
water for cleaning.
5. Before storing the bread machine, ensure it has cooled down completely and that it has been
cleaned and dried: put the spoon and the kneading blade into the pan, and close the lid.

inner fiber, it is suitable for making larger loaf size. Bread flour is the most important ingredient for
