FROZEN FOODS

* Preferably allow frozen food to partly defrost at room temperature and shake off as
much ice and water as possible or defrost in a microwave oven.
* Lower the food into the oil or fat very gently, since frozen food may cause the hot oil
or fat to start bubblig violently.
HOME-MADE FRENCH FRIES
You will French fries in the following way:
* Use firm potatoes and cut them into sticks. Rinse the sticks with cold water. This will
prevent them from sticking to each other during frying.
* Dry the sticks thoroughly.
* Fry the French fries twice: the first time for4-6 minutes at 160? and the second time
for 2-4minutes at 190?.
* For an uniform golden result, lift the basket out of the fryer a few times during the
second frying and shake the basket a few times.
* When you want to fry the maximum amount, insert the basket slowly in the fryer to
prevent overcooking.
PREPARATION TIMES AND TEMPERATURE SETTINGS
If the instructions on the package of the food to be prepared differ from those in the
table, always follow the instructions on the package.
DISPOSAL
Do not dispose this product as unsorted municipal waste. Collection of such waste
separately for special treatment is necessary.
