Heavy training device
Frequent lifting and carrying can cause back pain
• Avoid lifting and carrying the device frequently
• Lift the device only by the frame (in the middle of the side) or by the carrying
handles (optional), not by the brake motor.
• If necessary, transport the device with the help of a second person
• Lift and carry the device without a test specimen
Hot surfaces
Risk of burning due to hot brake motor or hot test specimen
• Do not touch the brake motor or the test specimen when hot
• Avoid lifting and carrying when parts are hot.
• Allow the device to cool down completely before storing it
•
Mount all of the components securely on the profile plate.
•
Make sure limit switches are not operated from the front.
•
Set up all components up so that it is easy to operate switches and separators.
•
Follow the instructions regarding positioning of the components.
Slipping of the test specimen
Fingers can be trapped or crushed if the test specimen is not fastened
• Position the test specimen in the indicated position.
• Fasten the test specimen with the screws
