4.5.2.5 Reset of Muffle hours
This function can be used to reset the hours of operation of the muffle after replacing
to zero.
1. Press the sensor button "Muffle hours".
2. Enter the code "6070" with the numeric keypad.
3. Select "Muffle hours" again.
4. Confirm resetting with "C".
4.5.2.6 Statistical data
Hours of operation (furnace)
Hours of operation (pump)
Lift cycles
Firing cycles
These values are read-only and are used as reference for maintenance cycles.
4.5.3 Smart Media Card
The Smart Media Card is used to save individual programs and for transfer to other
Multimat2 Touch and Multimat2 Touch+Press furnaces. (Updating the operating
system via Smart Media Card will soon be available, see also special functions, chapter 6.16.)
4.5.4 Delete programs
4.5.4.1 Single program
1. Press sensor button "M".
2. Press sensor button "Delete programs".
3. Press sensor button "Single program".
4. Enter program number with the numeric keypad.
5. Press sensor button "Single program" again.
The single program is deleted.
4.5.4.2 All individual programs
1. Press sensor button "M".

4. Confirm the deletion by pressing "C".
All individual programs are deleted.
4.5.4.3 Delete fixed and special programs
The sensor fields of the fixed and special programs cannot be deleted.
5 Create individual programs
The individual steps until the ceramic selection have already been described in section
3.4 First operation.
5.1 Firing method
After selecting a ceramic type, the firing methods are displayed. Select from this screen the
desired firing method by pressing the appropriate sensor button. After selecting the desired
firing method, e.g. Dentsply DeTrey, the furnace changes to this screen:
