7. INSTALLATION
WARNING SAFETY PRECAUTION
TO ENSURE THE GOOD WORKING OF THE EQUIPMENT AND OF ITS SAFETY DEVICES,
THE PUMP MUST BE INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED STAFF.
THE ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION OF THE EQUIPMENT MUST BE NOT CHANGED
AT ALL.
SECURELY GROUND PUMP, SPRAY GUN BY USING CONDUCTIVE FLUID HOSE AND
GROUND WIRE SUPPLIED WITH EQUIPMENT.
CHECK THE PROPER TIGHTENING OF ALL FITTINGS, SINCE THEIR SUDDEN OPE-
NING CAN SERIOUSLY INJURE PEOPLE.
CAREFULLY READ AND OBSERVE SAFETY WARNING OF THE INSTRUCTIONL OF
THE SPRAY GUNS TO BE USED.

BEFORE INSTALLATION SET THE AIR AND FLUID REGULATORS TO 0 bar.
MOVING PARTS OF THE PUMP COULD CUT OFF THE FINGERS OR SERIOUSLY INJU-
RE THE HUMAN BODY. DURING THE OPERATION IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO
OPEN THE SAFETY GUARDS OR INTRODUCE THE FINGERS INSIDE.
7.1 INSTALLATION OF ICON-M233N
IMPORTANT: See next page for configuration parts list.
1. Place the equipment on a horizontal surface.
2. Firmly connect the suction hose (E) or the hopper to the paint inlet joint (R) and the drain hose (F) to the drain
valve (D).
3. Connect the twin hose for paint & air, to the paint supply of delivery paint filter (C) and to the air supply of air
regulator joint (M).
4. Properly connect the free end of the grounding wire (Q) to the ground.
5. Connect the other end of the air/paint twin hose to the spray gun inlet joints.
6. Connect the air supply hose to the air supply inlet joint (O).
7.2 INSTALLATION OF ICON-A233N
1. Place the equipment on a horizontal surface.
2. Firmly connect the suction hose set (E) to the paint inlet joint (R) and the drain hose (F) to the drain valve (D).
3. Connect the paint hose to the paint supply of delivery paint filter (C).
4. Properly connect the free end of the grounding wire (Q) to the ground.
5. Connect the other end of the paint hose to the spray gun inlet joint.
6. Connect the air supply hose to the air supply inlet joint (O).
