Drip Groove:

Your MAXX Air Fryer Oven Grill comes with a drip groove to help prevent drips
and spilling while cooking. The drip groove is located at the front of the unit,
underneath the French doors and comes installed already in place. The drip
groove should be cleaned after each use. To remove simply pull out from under
the glass French doors. To place, align with its side clips, and slide in.
Tips:
• Always check that the drip groove and crumb tray are in place before
starting your cooking process with any of the accessories. Rinse and clean
after every use.
• When cooking foods that may drip crumbs or grease during the cooking
process, make sure to place the baking tray on the lowest slot. This will help
maintain the unit as clean as possible and protect the lower heating
elements.

FUNCTIONS

AIR FRYER

Air frying can be used as a healthy alternative style of cooking, requiring little to
no oil and using rapid hot air to cook meals faster.
• Place your food on or inside the appropriate rack, tray, or basket and
position it inside the oven.
• Press start, select the Air Fryer function and use the selector dial to scroll
through the presets.
• Adjust the cooking time and temperature if needed. See the OPERATION
section for instructions.
• Once a preset is selected, press the Start/Stop key to begin.
• Tip: Flipping, turning or shaking food halfway through the cooking process
ensures that the food is evenly cooked.
• When the countdown timer reaches 0:00, the unit will beep 3 times to
indicate the end of the cooking process. The unit beings the cooling
process.
• Carefully take out your food with using the tray handle and oven mitts.
