a) That the fuel filter is not covered.
b) That the battery works correctly.
c) That we have opened the tap of the fuel tank.
8) Bring the throttle lever (10) to the minimum.
ATTENTION
After starting, never leave the machine for too long with the clutch lever (3) pulled. This could damage
the clutch.
Starting the walking tractor (Fig. 1-3-9)
ATTENTION
- Only ever operate the machine controls from the steering position.
- Before beginning work, always inspect the work area carefully to identify any sources of danger and
take action to eliminate or limit any risks.
- Only operate the machine after having made certain that no one is in its operating zone
1) Grip the handle-bar with the left hand, pulling the clutch lever (3). Release it from device (A) (Fig. 9)
with the right hand, taking care to keep the motorstop lever (4) in the down position.
2) Use the gearshift lever (1) (Fig. 1) to select the required gear.
3) Disengage the parking brake by shifting the levers (6 and 7) in the running direction (Fig. 3).
4) Accelerate the engine by means of lever (10) while slowly releasing the clutch lever (3) (Fig. 1).
Stopping the rototiller (Fig. 1-3-9)
ATTENTION
- Park the walking tractor with the brake on and a low gear engaged.
- Once the walking tractor has been stopped, any towed implements must be rested on the ground.
- Never leave the machine unattended with the engine running.
1) Move the accelerator lever (10) to the highest position (Fig. 1).
2) Pull out the clutch disengaging lever (3), (Fig. 9).
3) Once the walking tractor has stopped, move the gearshift lever (1) to neutral position (Fig. 1).
4) Release the clutch disengaging lever (3), (Fig. 1).
5) Brake the walking tractor by pulling both the levers (6 and 7) towards the operator (Fig. 3).
Switching off the engine (Fig.1-3-9)
ATTENTION
- Before leaving the machine, remove the starter key on the machines that provide it.
- Check that the implements are resting on the ground and that the rules for safe parking are respected.
1) Bring the engine to the minimum of revol. by turning the throttle lever (10) up (Fig. 1).
2) Release the engine stop lever (4), (motorstop), the engine stops (Fig. 9).
3) If the engine has an electric start, return the starter key (14) to position (0) (see fig. Starter control 14).
4) Close the tap of the fuel tank.
