GAS CONVERSION
Should it be necessary to conver t the
appliance to a different gas from the one
for which the boiler has been equipped,
approach the technical staff.
CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE
Preventive maintenance and checking of
the efficient operation of the equipment
and safety devices must be carried out
exclusively by the authorized technical
staff. The boiler is supplied with an elec-
tric cable. Should this require replace-
ment, contact exclusively with the autho-
rized technical staff.
FAULTS FINDING
– Ignition failure/safety stat
interception (fig. 27)
If the burner fails to start the red led
that signals blockage will light up.
To attempt starting it again, the selector
knob must be turned to the position ( )
and released soon after, returning to the
summer ( ) or winter ( ) position.
If the failure should occur again, call
the authorised technical staff to check
the boiler.
– Restoring pressure in the
heating system (fig. 27/a)
Periodically check that the pressure in
the system is between 1 and 1.2 bar. If
the pressure is below 1 bar when the
system is cold, top up using the filling tap
until the pressure gauge indicator falls
within the blue range (2).
ONCE FILLED
CLOSE THE FILLING
TAP.
The blue coloured scale (1) shows the
working field with heating plant functio-
ning.
– Other faults (fig. 27/b)
If orange indicator light comes on (SM
probe fault), turn off the boiler and con-
tact your authorised technical service
centre.
– Version "BF TS":
If the green flashing indicator light comes
on (fan fault/exhaust pressure switch),
turn off the boiler and contact your autho-
rised technical service centre.
If the flashing orange light comes on (no
water circulation), turn the boiler off and
then turn it on again to restore functio-
ning. If the indicator light comes on again,
turn off the boiler and request assistance
from an Authorised Technical Service
Centre.
If the boiler and the green voltage LED
switch off, it is possible to reset the unit
by disconnecting it from the mains for a
